At See Clear Optical, we want your eyewear delivered safely and on time. We ship eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses across Canada and the USA, with reliable tracking and professional handling.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are carefully processed to ensure accuracy and quality:
- Prescription verification: Orders may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on prescription checks and stock availability.
 - Specialty lenses: Orders with progressive, bifocal, or specialty lenses may require additional processing time.
 - Contact lenses: Special orders from manufacturers may take up to 10 business days to arrive at our warehouse.
 
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Same-day shipping is not available, so please plan your order in advance.
Shipping Time:
- Standard shipping usually takes up to 14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
 - Orders with both eyeglasses and contact lenses may be shipped separately or held until all items are ready, at our discretion.
 - Free shipping is available for orders over $199 CAD.
 
Additional Shipping Charges:
- Rural or remote areas outside major urban centers may take extra business days to arrive, with an additional $16.99 CAD shipping fee.
 - Orders to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut will also incur an additional $16.99 CAD shipping charge.
 
Shipping Restrictions:
For security reasons, we only ship to addresses associated with the credit card used for purchase.
- To ship to a different address, contact your credit card provider to update the billing address or add a secondary address.
 - Alternatively, checkout via PayPal to ship to a different address without contacting your credit card provider.
 
Order Tracking:
Stay informed about your order every step of the way:
- Log in to your account and click “View Order Details” to check your order status.
 - Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor your package in real-time.
 
Finding Your Package:
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check around your home, mailbox, or building manager’s office.
 - Sometimes carriers leave packages at a nearby post office if they cannot safely leave it at your doorstep.
