We offer a 14-day one-time Return Policy that begins when you receive your glasses or contact lenses. Returned product must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with return of goods back to See clear optical . Incorrect prescription due to human input process are not eligible for return. You are responsible for providing correct prescription. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Exchanges and refunds will be issued when it is deemed the returned product is in its original condition, with all the original packaging intact. See Clear Optical will NOT provide a pre-paid label for you to ship your product back to our facility for a return or an exchange. We do not accept liability for any product that incurs damage in transit during the return or exchange process, so please ensure that the packaging is secure. See Clear Optical will NOT cover the costs associated with shipping new product to the customer for an exchange. Only one exchange per order.

1. Contact Lens Return & Exchange Policy:

Contact lenses may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Incorrect prescription due to human input process are not eligible for return. You are responsible for providing correct prescription. Contact lens box must be unopened, unmarked, undamaged, unexpired, and in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept opened boxes of contact lenses or vials. The following lenses are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable because they are custom made to order by the manufacturer: Hydrasoft Sphere Thin, Optima Toric, Proclear Toric XR, Proclear Multifocal XR, Proclear Multifocal Toric, Frequency 55 Toric XR, Biofinity Multifocal Toric, Biofinity XR toric, and Vertex Toric XR. Discontinued items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You must call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your glasses. 2. Eyeglasses & Sunglasses Return & Exchange Policy:

You will have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return items included in the applicable order. Returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. Frame returns must include all materials originally sent (cases, cloths, demo lenses). Incorrect prescription due to human input process are not eligible for return. You are responsible for providing correct prescription. If you are not satisfied with eyeglasses you have ordered from us, you may return those eyeglasses and you may elect to receive either a fifty percent (50%) refund (excluding shipping), which will be issued back to the credit card used to place the order, or a one hundred percent (100%) refund (excluding shipping) in the form of store credit to be used on the Service. Unused accessories can be returned for a 100% store credit (excluding shipping). You must call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your glasses. *Returns Procedure*
Before returning items, please contact our customer care team by emailing info@seeclearoptical.com and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. If calling, please have the requested information available. Our customer care team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return procedure. This RMA number should be written prominently in the address portion of your return package. No returns are accepted without an RMA. Returns should be sent to the address provided with your RMA number.
